We will always try to accommodate earlier / later arrangements as possible, especially for business guests, but these will require advance notice and cannot be guaranteed without an extra nights bookings to cover.

48-hours notice – will usually be required for any cancellation / alteration of bookings. Seasonal / Holiday dates minimums, may also apply.

Advance Reservations – usually require a credit card number (current & valid for the dates of reservation) to be supplied as a guarantee for the booking. Please note however, that this card will not be pre-charged nor will any deposit or other amounts be pre-charged.

The Card-holder when supplying such guarantee, does remain responsible for any subsequent non-payment for occupancy, without acceptable Notice ; or for damage to the unit; or for subsequent loss to us due to inability to re-let the unit, due to damage incurred.

Pet-Friendly – Yes we are; ONLY by advance agreement, and our normal conditions do apply.
